Mystics win! Washington beats Connecticut 89-78 to win 1st-ever WNBA title

The Washington Mystics beat the Connecticut Sun 89-78 to win their first WNBA championship in front of a sellout crowd at the Entertainment and Sports Arena in D.C.

The victory comes a year after the Mystics were swept in three games by the Seattle Storm in the 2018 WNBA Finals.
