Mark Peña, 7News First Alert Meteorologist:
TONIGHT:
Mostly cloudy, showers late
Lows: 58-63
Winds: East 5 mph
Cloudy skies and dry conditions until around 10p. Another round of showers will begin to increase around midnight with isolated thunderstorms possible.
MEMORIAL DAY:
Scattered showers, thunder
Highs: 75-80
Winds: Southeast 5-10 mph
Make sure you have indoor plans on deck as chances for showers and storms are likely throughout much of the Memorial Day holiday. The overall severe threat is low, but lightning, gusty winds, and briefly heavy rain will be likely in the stronger storms.
TUESDAY:
Mostly cloudy, chance for showers
Highs: 75-80
Winds: Southeast 5 mph
Temperatures remain near seasonal averages, however, rain chances continue as a weak boundary continues to linger nearby and act as a focal point for shower and storm development.
WEDNESDAY:
Mostly cloudy, chance for showers
Highs: 76-81
Winds: West 5-10 mph
Stalled boundary continues to linger nearby that keeps scattered afternoon shower and storm chances in the forecast with temperatures near seasonal averages.
THURSDAY:
Mostly sunny
Highs: 76-81
Winds: North 5-10 mph
Finally catching a break from the rain and clouds to round out the month of May with sunny skies and seasonable temperatures.
