WASHINGTON — Never underestimate Michael Phelps’ ability to make a splash.
The Olympian swimmer who was recently convicted of drunk driving and lost  his driver’s license for 18 months, photo of himself with an itty-bitty bathing suit and festive green and red socks at a holiday party.
“Yep…. I forgot my pjs for the pjs party… Oops#gfore #aquasphere,” he posted coyly, winking and nodding all the way.
According to , he was flanked in the photo by “sometime-girlfriend Nicole Johnson, a former Miss California,” and another, unnamed man and woman, all of whom, unlike Phelps, had gotten the memo that this was to be a PJ party, not a swim meet.
