PHOTOS: Remembering Washington’s 1982 and 1987 Super Bowl champions

Washington has multiple milestone anniversaries this week: Monday marked 40 years since the Burgundy and Gold won its Super Bowl rematch with the Miami Dolphins in Super Bowl XVII, and Tuesday is the 35th anniversary of Doug Williams’ historic MVP performance in Super Bowl XXII.

Here are some memories from the first two Super Bowl champions in the nation’s capital.
