A patriotic performance is set to take place outside of the U.S. Capitol Friday night to celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary of independence this July Fourth.
“A Capitol Fourth: 250th Weekend Celebration” is set to kick off on the west lawn of the Capitol at 8 p.m. on Friday night.
Performers include Patti LaBelle, Trace Adkins, Carly Pearce and Chicago, . Members of the U.S. military are also expected to perform as parts of bands and choirs.
