WASHINGTON — The National Â鶹¹ÙÍø Services has issued an excessive heat warning for Saturday.
The warning is in effect from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday. afternoon heat index will be between 110 to 115 degrees.
There is not much of a break on Sunday, either.Ìý Hazy, hot and very humid on Sunday with afternoon highs in the upper 90s.
Experts say under these conditions there is a high risk of heat stroke or other heat-related illnesses, especially for those without air conditioning or those spending . You should wear light and loosefitting clothing and stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
