WASHINGTON — Some people in the District are without water because of a watermain break.
The 20-inch main broke around 10 p.m. Wednesday on 13th Street and Trenton Place in Southeast.
John Lisle, a D.C. Water spokesman, says 150 residents from a nearby apartment complex will be without water until about 3 p.m. Thursday.
