WASHINGTON — Ward 8 Studios took to the streets of the nation’s capital to produce locals and visitors dancing to Pharrell Williams’ “Happy” song from the movie “Despicable Me 2.”
In the D.C. version, dancers all over the city and descend upon the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, Anacostia, Chinatown, the National Mall and other area landmarks. The Washington Nationals’ Presidents even make a cameo appearance.
