WASHINGTON – Residents in the Huntington area of Fairfax County are being warned to move their cars from low-lying areas.
Fairfax County officials are warning that rain and discharge gauges indicate there could be significant flooding as a result of Friday’s thunderstorms.
They are telling residents in the areas of Fenwick Drive and Arlington Terrace to move their cars to higher ground.
The National Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø Service is calling for the chance of even more thunderstorms before midnight, and a slight chance of showers between midnight and 2 a.m.
Some of the storms could be severe.
