Google doodle brings Olympic dream to the keyboard

WASHINGTON – If you’ve ever wanted to be an Olympic athlete, Google is giving you the chance.

Sort of.

In a move that’s sure to cut into office productivity everywhere — and already has here at Âé¶¹¹ÙÍø — Tuesday puts desk jockeys in control of a hurdler heading down the track. Keyboard arrows make the hurdler run, and well-timed taps/pounds of the space bar make him jump.

Our initial office champion was writer and film critic Jason Fraley, with a time of 11.6 seconds. That time has since fallen, as you can see below.
