WASHINGTON —  Thursday in Dupont Circle, organized by the Washington D.C. Snowball Fight Association.
The association is asking you to prepare to defend, or assault, the fountain.
And with the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Channel’s top storm chaser, Jim Cantore, in town to cover Thursday’s snow, the group wants you to , in hopes that he’ll show up in the battle zone.
