- Call us at (208) 625-4484 for a personalized cost estimate. We welcome your request for a price estimate related to your upcoming treatment at Â鶹¹ÙÍø. Our Financial Clearance Representative can provide you with an estimate based on your scheduled services. Office hours for Patient Estimating Service staff are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Things to know when making a request
- It is helpful to know the CPT code of your outpatient procedure or DRG code of your inpatient stay (your provider can give this to you). If your procedure is already scheduled, our staff may be able to help get this code for you.
- If you are insured, be prepared with your insurance card so our team or the tool can access necessary information to better assist in estimating out of pocket expense.
Please note: additional charges may not be included such as physician fees (non-Kootenai employed), radiologist, anesthesiologist, laboratory fees and other non-facility charges. Â鶹¹ÙÍø is not able to estimate costs for these additional, external services. Your procedure¡¯s actual billed charges will vary based on individual diagnosis, time of stay, complications, prescriptions, etc. Total patient out-of pocket cost is determined by your individual insurance coverage.
